In the early 1970s, F. Thomas Moritz bought a poorly constructed trailer that couldn’t handle the demands of his farm. Faced with the challenges of transporting goods and livestock efficiently, he recognized the need for a reliable trailer that could withstand the wear and tear of farm life and built the first Moritz Livestock Trailer.
Over the next three generations, the Moritz family strived to offer something unique: exceptional quality, unrivaled workmanship, and a first-hand knowledge of trailering needs. The demand grew from a vision on a farm to what’s known today as Moritz Trailers & Truck Bodies.
